Yanfeng is a high-tech enterprise invested by the parent company Southwest Research Institute of China Railway Engineering, with its purpose of realizing industrialization of wet shotcrete technology.
Our business scope includes engineering mechanism; building materials; environmental protection equipment; developing , producing and selling electronic products; equipment lease, installation and technical service, technical consultation and technical service for tunnel and underground engineering, act as a purchasing and selling agent for building materials and electromechanical products, test of concrete. Our principle is production and service.
It specializes in engineering machinery development, manufacturing and distribution. Its leading product, type TK series rotor-piston wet shotcrete machine, is the vital scientific achievement with independent intellectual property, awarded the Second Prize for Science and Technology Progress by the Ministry of Railways, China in 1998 and the Third prize for National Technique Invention in 1999, listed in “National Key New Products Plan” in 1999 and 2000 respectively. Meanwhile a quality management system is established based on GB/T19001-2000.
Not only does Yanfeng develop the first generation of shotcrete machine, but also promote the application and development of shotcrete technology. And a lot of scientific projects have been carried out by Yanfeng (see the following table), which the shotcrete technology, mixing proportion, performance of spraying layer and shotcrete spraying technology have been studied systematically. Thus Yanfeng is an important force of shotcrete development and also a training base for it, with its shotcrete technology and development of shotcrete machine being at the leading position in China.
